                           All dishes are provided by Fisherman Cuisine Kanaya.
               This is a dinner where you can enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients, such as a funamori full of fresh seasonal fish and other local fish, as well as the famous alfonsino bream boiled in soy sauce.
                                   *In-room dining.
                            *Boiled alfonsino is limited to one fish per person for up to three people.
  • ≪Premium Wagyu Kaiseki≫

         We have increased the amount of meat to create a menu that lives up to the name of premium Wagyu beef.Enjoy Chiba Prefecture Wagyu A5 fillet meat cooked to your heart's content on a teppanyaki grill.
             The five colorful nigiri sushi pieces from Fisherman Cuisine Kanaya, which are not available on the regular menu, further enhance the premium feel.

                        In the morning, enjoy a breakfast at the ryokan with Boso's specialty, homemade horse mackerel dried fish.
