                           All dishes are provided by Fisherman Cuisine Kanaya.
               This is a dinner where you can enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients, such as a funamori full of fresh seasonal fish and other local fish, as well as the famous alfonsino bream boiled in soy sauce.
                                   *In-room dining.
                            *Boiled alfonsino is limited to one fish per person for up to three people.

                        In the morning, enjoy a breakfast at the ryokan with Boso's specialty, homemade horse mackerel dried fish.
                                *The breakfast room is a banquet hall.

                             *We may not be able to provide it depending on the arrival status.
  • ≪Premium Wagyu Kaiseki≫

               We responded to a request to have meat on the menu.Enjoy Chiba Prefecture Wagyu beef to your heart's content in steak and sukiyaki.
               The five pieces of nigiri sushi from "Fisherman Cuisine Kanaya, " which are not available on the regular menu, further enhance the premium feel.
